Terms and Conditions
Article 1. Definitions
For the purposes of these general terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
Eurojobservices
Eurojobservices, located in the Netherlands and registered with the Chamber of Commerce, hereinafter referred to as: Eurojobservices.
Client
: Any natural or legal person who uses the services of Eurojobservices.
Employee: An employee placed or provided by Eurojobservices.
Agreement: Any agreement between Eurojobservices and the client regarding the provision of services, placement, or staffing.
Article 2. Applicability
- These terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements, and services provided by Eurojobservices.
- Any deviations from these terms and conditions are valid only if agreed upon in writing.
- Any purchasing or other terms and conditions of the client are expressly rejected.
Article 3. Services
- Eurojobservices assists clients with recruiting, selecting, and placing personnel.
- Eurojobservices makes every effort to recommend suitable candidates, but does not guarantee their availability or suitability.
- The final decision regarding the selection and assignment of an employee rests with the client.
Article 4. Obligations of the Client
- The client shall provide all necessary information in a timely manner to ensure the proper performance of the services.
- The client is responsible for ensuring a safe work environment in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- The client treats employees without discrimination and in accordance with labor law standards.
Article 5. Compensation and Payment
- The client is obligated to pay an agreed-upon fee for the services rendered.
- Invoices must be paid within the agreed-upon payment term.
- If the payment deadline is exceeded, the client shall be deemed to be in default by operation of law.
Article 6. Liability
- Eurojobservices is liable only for direct damages resulting from demonstrable negligence.
- Eurojobservices is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or business losses.
- Liability is limited to the invoice amount to which the liability relates.
Article 7. Force Majeure
Eurojobservices is not obligated to fulfill its obligations in the event of force majeure, including illness, strikes, government measures, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
Article 8. Privacy
- Eurojobservices processes personal data in accordance with applicable GDPR regulations.
- Personal data is used solely for the purpose of providing our services.

Article 9. Governing Law
All agreements between Eurojobservices and the client are governed by Dutch law.
Article 10. Amendments
Eurojobservices reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. The most current version is always available on the website.
