In these general terms and conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
Eurojobservices
Eurojobservices, established in the Netherlands, registered with the Chamber of Commerce, hereinafter referred to as: Eurojobservices.
Client
Any natural or legal person using the services of Eurojobservices.
Employee
The employee mediated or made available by Eurojobservices.
Agreement
Any agreement between Eurojobservices and client regarding service provision, mediation or staff deployment.
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements and services of Eurojobservices.
Deviations from these terms and conditions are valid only if agreed in writing.
Any purchasing or other conditions of the client are expressly rejected.
Eurojobservices supports clients in recruiting, selecting and mediating staff.
Eurojobservices makes every effort to present suitable candidates, but does not guarantee availability or suitability.
The final choice and deployment of an employee lies with the client.
The client shall timely provide all necessary information for the correct performance of services.
The client shall ensure a safe working environment in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
The client treats employees without discrimination and according to labour law standards.
The client shall owe an agreed fee for the services.
Invoices must be paid within the agreed payment period.
If the term of payment is exceeded, the client shall be in default by operation of law.
Eurojobservices shall only be liable for direct damages resulting from demonstrable negligence.
Eurojobservices shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or trading losses.
The liability is limited to the invoice amount to which the liability relates.
Eurojobservices is not obliged to fulfil any obligations if there is force majeure, including illness, strikes, government measures or other unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
Eurojobservices processes personal data in accordance with the applicable AVG legislation.
Personal data is used exclusively for the performance of services.

All agreements between Eurojobservices and client are governed by Dutch law.
Eurojobservices reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. The most up-to-date version is always available on the website.
