Article 1. Definitions<\/strong><\/h4>

In these general terms and conditions, the following definitions shall apply:<\/p>

Eurojobservices<\/strong>
Eurojobservices, established in the Netherlands, registered with the Chamber of Commerce, hereinafter referred to as: Eurojobservices.<\/p>

Client<\/strong>
Any natural or legal person using the services of Eurojobservices.<\/p>

Employee<\/strong>
The employee mediated or made available by Eurojobservices.<\/p>

Agreement<\/strong>
Any agreement between Eurojobservices and client regarding service provision, mediation or staff deployment.<\/p>

Article 2. Applicability<\/strong><\/h4>

  1. These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements and services of Eurojobservices.<\/p><\/li>

  2. Deviations from these terms and conditions are valid only if agreed in writing.<\/p><\/li>

  3. Any purchasing or other conditions of the client are expressly rejected.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

    Article 3. Services<\/strong><\/h4>

    1. Eurojobservices supports clients in recruiting, selecting and mediating staff.<\/p><\/li>

    2. Eurojobservices makes every effort to present suitable candidates, but does not guarantee availability or suitability.<\/p><\/li>

    3. The final choice and deployment of an employee lies with the client.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

      \u00a0<\/h4>

      Article 4. Client's obligations<\/strong><\/h4>

      1. The client shall timely provide all necessary information for the correct performance of services.<\/p><\/li>

      2. The client shall ensure a safe working environment in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.<\/p><\/li>

      3. The client treats employees without discrimination and according to labour law standards.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

        Article 5. Compensation and payment<\/strong><\/h4>

        1. The client shall owe an agreed fee for the services.<\/p><\/li>

        2. Invoices must be paid within the agreed payment period.<\/p><\/li>

        3. If the term of payment is exceeded, the client shall be in default by operation of law.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

          \u00a0<\/h4>

          Article 6. Liability<\/strong><\/h4>

          1. Eurojobservices shall only be liable for direct damages resulting from demonstrable negligence.<\/p><\/li>

          2. Eurojobservices shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or trading losses.<\/p><\/li>

          3. The liability is limited to the invoice amount to which the liability relates.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

            Article 7. Force majeure<\/strong><\/h4>

            Eurojobservices is not obliged to fulfil any obligations if there is force majeure, including illness, strikes, government measures or other unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.<\/p>

            Article 8. Privacy<\/strong><\/h4>

            1. Eurojobservices processes personal data in accordance with the applicable AVG legislation.<\/p><\/li>

            2. Personal data is used exclusively for the performance of services.<\/p><\/li>

            3. More information is included in the privacy statement.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

              Article 9. Applicable law<\/strong><\/h4>

              All agreements between Eurojobservices and client are governed by Dutch law.<\/p>

              \u00a0<\/h4>

              Article 10. Changes<\/strong><\/h4>
